Returns and exchanges (online store)

If the delivered product is different from your order, or if it is defective, we will replace it. Please contact us by phone or email within 8 days after receiving the product and return it. In addition, we will bear the return shipping fee, so please use cash on delivery.

In case of return or exchange due to customer's convenience, please return the item within 8 days of receiving the item at the customer's expense.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

About refund
After confirming the return, we will process the refund.
Refunds will only be for the product price. (Shipping fee is not refundable) The refund method depends on the payment method.
If you use a credit card: We will refund you via the credit card company as soon as we confirm the returned product.
If you have already paid by cash on delivery: We will refund you by transfer to the specified account or registered mail. When returning the product, please let us know the necessary information such as the desired refund method and the account number of the transfer destination.
